Location and breakfast was excellent!

Would have preferred a bath but it was fine

The location was excellent, we would stay again but next time would request a low floor room. The staff were all very friendly.

It was our choice for a lake view room so it was our own fault that we struggled with the stairs to 3rd floor. The view though was beautiful.

Great Central location. Stunning views Excellent breakfast

I couldn't lock my bedroom door from the inside. As a lone female traveller, this was disconcerting

Convenience to visit the centre of Keswick. Room facilities were comfortable.

We were placed on 4 th floor and it was a struggle to get our suitcase to the room. As we were guests of the Hotel why the charge to use the carpark?
