The staff especially the receptionist Emre was very kind and is an amazing person and has very good customer service skill thank you for making our stay amazing.

We stayed in the hotel with my sister for a couple of days and experienced mixed feelings about the place: we were nicely upgraded to the two-rooms stay over. The window in the room was a little bit noisy because of the high floor and wind, but it got fixed by the hotel at our request (which was nice from their side).

The sink in second bathroom was not properly cleaned and had dirt (supposedly from cleaning the floors or the room itself). The included breakfast was expected to have a wider choice of dishes according to my experience in 5-stars hotels. Another upsetting thing was that the pool and sauna were claimed to be free, but at the entrance you are forced to buy a pool / shower cap (which already makes the services not free of charge as claimed) and payment can be made only by cash (which many foreign visitors simply do not have). Finally, when leaving to the airport at 5 am, we were charged for 1 beer from the room bar, but the price was significantly higher (~20€) than the numbers we saw on the menu.

When we arrive the kind man at reception upgraded our room to the suite and wow what a room. Very big and clean plus two bathrooms. and was on 15th floor room 1512 so brilliant view. bed was super comfy. Everything was good. there was little cafe next door we ate there most days for breakfast. Good food.
