The Residence Zanzibar

We had a seafront villa with own pool. Our villa was superb. It was cleaned 2x daily. The entire infrastructure was extremely well maintained. We enjoyed wonderful sunsets directly from our own pool with great privacy. There was also a great gym plus and outstanding infinity pool! We want to specially mention Johannes from the reception, Edison the concierge, Mercy also from reception, Clement from the restaurant - they were outstanding! Many thanks to you and the entire team for making our stay so amazing!

The only thing that would have made this place in paradise still more perfect would be the cleaning of the beach. Sea weed plus plastic unfortunately interfere with the rest of the perfection. I understand that this is at least partially nature - but a little more effort could help.

Breakfast was exceptional - plenty of choice a good quaity

I don;t like a buffet dinner, but choice and quality was good.

Food great! Staff great! Location great! Luxury living great! Mission Accomplished!!

Location is good but hotel needs to be upgraded and Service is Bad . You have to wait 30 mins to get tea / coffee at breakfast

Service is not good , food is also okay and Hotel needs to be upgraded . We had booked a seafront villa , the Pool area had Bird shit everywhere , You couldn’t sit outside. We had to Call the cleaning Service a few times . Not worth the Money .
