The apartment was beautiful and in a great location.

Dealing with the staff

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff allowed us to check in early, which was very convenient. The location is excellent, with easy access to shops, the metro, and plenty of restaurants nearby. Since the hotel is in a popular tourist area, there can be some noise outside at night, but overall, the location and convenience made it a great place to stay. Would recommend for travelers who want to be close to everything!

Very central to everything, enjoyed the night life, restaurants were great, loved the stores around the area. Walking distance attractions, 30-35 min walks. Really enjoyed the area and amenities😊

A bit pound at night but we didn’t mind it. The bathroom vanity was small but we used a cute bench to put our toiletries.

The apartment was well appointed and well placed

The electronic code system for the door proved repeatedly faulty. Engaging with Ola staff by message and on call was challenging as the tone was full of blame from Carlos and distanced from Rashin who did not want to give her name at the start of a call after a number of requests, which is unprofessional and questionable
