Classic old Dutch Hotel with scary stairs done up for the modern traveller. Staff were very welcoming and helpful - I brought a bike - safely stored in the cellar. Not exactly in the centre of town but close enough to be in easy walking distance had a great stay - would have stayed for longer - both the hotel and middelberg deserve a bit longer than I had.
The breakfast wasn't bad, but I've had better.

One of the best hotels we've stayed in. Beautifully furnished and designed, superb breakfast, really helpful and friendly staff, cycle storage in basement was appreciated and well-handled
