Cascais Bay Hostel

Great people, very clean

This hostel felt like a true home, warm and welcoming. Everybody was super helpful and kind, the beds were amazingly comfortable and everything was really clean and well organized!! Perfect hostel, I would absolutely recommend staying here, if you’re planning on visiting beautiful Cascais, I sure will stop by again!! Thank you so much!

Loved everything!!

My check-in was easy and on time. The hostel is cute, it has only 4 rooms. The stuff is friendly and professional. My room looks a bit small, but okay, the window overlooks the many cafes around, so it is quite noisy, but if you close the window and turn on the air conditioner, you can sleep comfortably. Everything is clean, 3 toilets, 2 showers, a lovely new cleaner just arrived, so everything was sparkling around. The kitchen has everything you need. Also I absolutely liked the large lounge.

There was a party right in the hostel on the lounge, no one warned about it. There was magical live music, but the party started late in the evening and ended around 1 am. There were a lot of strangers in the hostel. I was really surprised about it.

I like the location and the showers ! Hot water and just a few minutes walk to beach and restaurants. Kitchen and sitting area were clean as well.

It’s a lot of stairs to get up and even more to the bedrooms. The hostel is right above the restaurants and bars so it stays loud pretty late . The beds were hard in my opinion and the curtain to cover the bed was broken in many spots so i didn’t have any privacy. No curtain at the window beside the bed so when the sun came up it was all in your face !!
