I really appreciated the staff. They were consistently friendly and helpful, assisted me with my laundry and got me a storage locker when I had to wait to go to a new place. It made the transition from one place to another super easy. The location was fantastic, there was so much close by. I found everyone in my room really friendly and respectful as well. The reception especially was always willing to help :)

The blankets were a little thin and I was quite cold, as well as I found the pillows a bit too small but overall the mattress itself was comfortable. Some of the beds didn't have plugs attached which meant I had to charge my phone away from me. I didn't love that but made it work because there were still other outlet options around. Otherwise some people were terrible at doing their dishes and just left them in the sink, which made doing things in the kitchen difficult. Overall people around the backpackers were friendly.

Our second stay was much better! The building on the left is clean and fresh. Two bathrooms and two toilets, great.

The building where the reception is, is awful. It stinks of years of built up sweat, every surface is grubby, kitchen a mess, smokers everywhere you go outside. Our outside door handle was rattled aggressively 3 times in the night, not a safe feeling! The bed was old, smelly and way past its due date. Long term stay people were not friendly or open to contact. No staff at the premises, just not great. Please do read the positives, the other building was another world!
