The property facilities were nice, the rooms and bathrooms were in the best condition and the kitchen has enough space for 4 people, it can get a little crowded but actually has 2 so it doesn become a big problem

Location, price.
It seemed to me that guest parking spaces were occupied by non-guest cars. The kitchen was missing coffee and tea. The microwave downstairs has non-standard controls and three guests couldn't figure out how to operate it.

Very affordable. Big heater.
We were looking for a property with free parking spaces, and was given Acco: there are only 4 slots, one has to look for free parking on the streets. The personnel very politely did not help - we needed actually a parking slot for people with disabilities, and we had to park quite far from the entrance.
The bathroom was really small, one could not even wash properly.

"Bardzo wygodne łóżka, piękna pościel i kolory ścian, czysto, dużo miejsca przy stole w kuchni. Toster, piekarnik, lodówka. Na miejscu: suszarka do włosów, ręcznik."
