We liked the size of the apartment with a lovely big balcony / terrace. With wonderful views across the port to Cádiz. We also liked how quiet it was* and how helpful the staff were when we had a problem with ants.
We had an ant infestation in the kitchen, bathroom, living room and main bedroom. Staff were quick to help but it persisted for our entire stay.
The sofas in the living room were uncomfortable. They were very low with little or no support.
And unfortunately, Puerto Sherry suffers with a ‘smell’ which comes from a local treatment works. Nothing the apartment can do but it did sour things.
*Finally, the area was very quiet with many bars / restaurants closed (except on the weekend). We enjoyed the quiet but it limited our options for places to eat.

Excellent location, luxurious apartment, plenty of space, exceptional terrace with full dining table, sofa set and loungers. The view was magnificent, even from the first floor. Happy to have a full size fridge and full size cooker and hobs. Daily bed-making service, very responsive staff. We had a minor issue with ants on the balcony (we forgot a bag with food out overnight), and someone came up straight away to attend to it. Reception supplied us with extra pillows when we asked, as well as sun umbrellas for the beach.
Almost nothing. The kitchen equipment could have been improved if full size mugs were provided (smaller coffee cups are), but that was easily solved by buying our own.

Lokalizacja i widok najlepszy jaki może być. Blisko, na pieszo piękne plaże. Bardzo duży apartament z ogromnym tarasem. Pyszne restauracje w pobliżu. Duży bezpłatny parking. Pomocny personel, super obsługa.
Nie ma rzeczy mocno na minus. Czasami ręczniki dość zużyte. Niektóre uszczelki w łazience do wymiany. Mrówki w kuchni i łazience, choć personel zapewnia, że z tym walczy.

Perfectly english speaking and amazing friendly lady on the reception.
Cleaning of the room is definitely not a strong skill of the hotel staff. We booked 5 nights as every year but the service is getting worse and worse. Floor never was cleaned during our stay. Shower towels where taken away but not replaced by fresh ones. Toilet paper was not refilled. We had to complain and ask for towels and toilet paper on the reception. The overall condition of the facilities/rooms are crying for renovation. After so many years being guests, we will not come back anymore. The management should consider to invest into the property and listen to their guests.
