ibis Metz Centre Cathedrale

Great breakfast. Location

Room was small, but ok for 1 night and clean.

Location is excellent , friendly staff

The breakfast could have more options of hot meal instead of only creamy eggs and sausages. Add some bacon, maybe small pancakes. Consider offering gluten free bread options for people who are gluten intolerant. Also, there was no available water to drink at all in the buffet. In the bedroom, the AC works but clearly the filter is not cleaned as it was full of dust. The bedsheets and the duvet were not changed when the staff cleaned my room in one of the days I stayed. Also, I have an unpleasant experience with bed bugs. Clearly not 3 hotel star quality level. So please, be more strict about the hygiene of the bed. It’s horrible to wake up in the middle of the night feeling itchy and that there is little bugs next to your pillow
