The entire property is well maintained and feels like you’re in nature while having some of the modern day luxuries. Food was also very good.
Bed and pillows were hard and uncomfortable.

Beautiful property with great facilities. Breakfast was good. Great view of the volcano.
Not very walkable - a lot of steep hills and facilities are quite far from each other.

The property is gorgeous, the staff is friendly and kind - Valentina especially is gem! She took the time to explain and to book us on tours that were perfect for us! We had a wonderful Love Ritual couple's chocolate massage, I did a magical morning yoga session, breakfast was varied and delicious, the heated pool in the rain was a memorable experience. Thank you everyone at Lomas for an incredible stay!
We paid extra for a room with a beautiful outdoor jacuzzi, but the water leaked out of it so quickly we couldn't enjoy it for long. I would've appreciated some kind of compensation for not being able to use it.
