Good location, near to Moorfields train station and easy walking to shops and attractions. Staff very helpful, we requested a room on a lower floor this was arranged on the second day. Good choice at breakfast for a continental type breakfast. Plenty of tea, coffee etc available. Room and the rest of hotel very clean. Beds were comfortable. Approximately 10 mins walk from Lime Street.
Seating at breakfast is limited at busy times, not always a table available, so had to sit in armchairs, but wasn’t too much of an issue. We moved from the top floor to the first floor both rooms were fine but the first floor had very noisy plumbing, we could hear running water from above rooms.

Breakfast was quite good but a little crowded due to the lack of space on the ground floor. Excellent location for visiting the city centre and the car park was immediately behind the hotel.
The climate control in the room wouldn't go lower than 18 degrees and the windows didn't open.
