Hotel Alcaide

Warm welcome. Room comfortable and a lovely kettle provided and a fridge. Pool towels to borrow too. Pool was lovely and refreshing. Breakfast was fantastic everyday.

Door stopper on floor by wardrobe is in a stupid place (my toes suffered for it) and the bathroom one, does nothing. The building works opposite were/are a pain but didn’t effect our stay.

The staff were excellent and so helpful, there is nothing fancy about the hotel but the breakfast was great The room and hotel were spotless. The pool was very quiet so it suited us perfectly.

Quiet area and close to the beach. Nice small restaurants nearby. Room was functional and clean.

Breakfast selection could be better.

Location is ok

The room was outdated, especially the bathroom. Although it was clean, it really needs renovation to make a better impression. There were silverfish in the room as well as in the corridors, which was unpleasant. There was no complimentary bottle of water provided, not even on the first day. The walls were quite thin, so we were lucky not to have noisy neighbors. The location is not directly on the beach, and the description of the property as beachfront is misleading.
