Location location location! Located in the heart of Guimaraes old city and plaza. The breakfast is good. The staff is great (especially Fernanda and Flavia). The staff communicates well and really wants you to have a great experience.
Parking street was a little difficult to find. We had a water leak in our room the first night from the air conditioning unit. However, they did move our room the following morning and seemed truly concerned that we had a less than pleasant evening in the room.

Location was great, in the historic centre.
Friendly staff and good breakfast.
We didn’t eat in the restaurant in the evenings, it seemed empty and not competitive with the many restaurants around it.
