Good location with an excellent beach

We liked it. Yet it needs some upgrading / renovation. For instance, the bath hasn’t been renovated / taken care of in a long while. Proximity to the neighboring island is very convenient such as the complementary rental of Kayaks or SUP. Sushi was nice.
Some things such as bathroom needs to renovation. Quality of restaurant was ok, yet not great.

The cleaning room was great: most friendly and very clean. The hornbill birds and the monkeys were interesting to watch. the family rooms are very spacious. the gardening work on the property is very beautiful. As our room was not as showed on the booking.com app we asked for a room change; the staff was very nice about it and tried hard to find solutions.
there is no proper beach in a sense that there is a seawall and a big sandy patch. the missing beach doesnt allow you to walk along the beach without getting into the water hip-deep. its a very big resort (at least 500 guests when fully booked in January) which also means it has some anonymity attached to it and they charge you 100bath a day for sand box toys which i found very stingy and not a good service for a hotel with so many family rooms.
