Clean room. Hot water. Decent towels. Good breakfast, Friendly staff

Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly. Location was just what we needed.
Hotel is a bit "tired", bathroom and windows particularly. Bar had very limited selection of beer. Breakfast was OK, but not spectacular.

Excellent location and lovely friendly helpful staff
In need of refurbishment

The food was good both in the evening and in the morning, present staff and no issues with the TV.
There was what looked like mould on one of the walls though I didn't get too close and I was kept awake by a sink tap in the shower room that wouldn't turn off and the local church clock sounding on the hour.
