Welcoming staff, lovely rooms and a central location

Proximity to town centre.
The lack of staff at the bar, restaurant and reception

Good location. Nice people. Nice racks for hanging clothes, placing luggage, facilitating hair drying. Close to the footpath to the quay, cathedral, etc.
Since there is no A/C, the windows need to be open and it can be noisy outside from the associated pub, restaurant, street, apartments. One of the beds was bigger than the platform it was in so it sloped at the bottom.

Location
Got woken up by fire alarm in the morning (false alarm, no fire) No air unit in room. Got hot and stuffy at night. Weird mechanical pumping sound in room all night made it hard to sleep. Didn’t get room cleaning even though I left sign on handle before time specified
