This hotel sets the bar for service excellence , beautiful rooms with complementary wine and snacks and incredible staff .
The only thing I could possibly criticize was the very old hairdryer .

Brilliantly located hotel with very comfortable rooms and a great brasserie.
We should have booked a larger room - our fault! But for a 5 night stay we recommend couples don’t select the smaller rooms. And a kettle in the room really would have helped - asking for room service hot water every morning for making tea was a tad frustrating!

The room was beautiful and very well designed. Check-in and so on was really smooth. The location is outstanding. Easy to find your transport and everything you want to see in Vienna was in walking distance.
A bit bothersome is the breakfast arrangement, where you are expected to do a booking in advance. While we were served the first 2 days by very kind gentlemen, the lady on Day 3 (where we had no reservation) made things unnecessarily complicated.
