The location of the property is excellent. Upon entering the property I noticed a beautiful fresh, clean smell. The whole place was spotlessly clean. The staff are amazing and so very welcoming. They are very responsive to messages and are so helpful. We had a lovely balcony which looked out into the square - very nice for watching the world go by! Our room was cleaned every day and we were given fruit, drinks and pastries daily. I have stayed here 3 times and I will be back again next year. Thank you si much for another perfect stay!

A beautiful, elegant room with great facilities in a good, central location. The quiet street below became very lively in the evening, but the large double window arrangement provided perfect soundproofing. Although unmanned, the check-in arrangements were organised and communicated clearly.

Absolutely charming accommodation in the centre of this beautiful old city. Room 4 was spacious, & had all we needed. Bathroom was roomy too, with an excellent shower. Everything was spotless. We overlooked a little street where the occasional horse & carriage would pass by below. We found it quiet, convenient & comfortable. We had it set up as a large king size bed (2 singles attached together). A firm quality mattress. There was a small table & 2 chairs, where you could enjoy the daily breakfast provisions that appeared. Small fridge where yogurts, juices & fresh fruit was replenished. Coffee maker with coffee etc in room too. Air conditioning was brilliant! Things to note - there are around 20 stairs up to the first floor where all the rooms are, so maybe not ideal for less able guests? Overall, we highly recommend this quality little hotel, only a few minutes from restaurants & cafes. And only 10 minutes walk to the leaning tower.
