As always, a lovely clean room, with everything we needed. Breakfast was good. Hotel was easy to find from the directions given, with a beautiful outlook over the equestrian facility behind and the mountain in the background. Added bonus was the free tram ticket they gave us.
Nothing, we got what we paid for.

Location is ideal for anyone attending a concert or conference at Bern Halle. Its exactly opposite!
By tram it takes around 10 minutes to reach down town Bern.
Room was clean.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
The free public transportaion card is really nice.
they let you keep the car in their parking long after the check out, which can be very helpful.
Nice small bar area in the lobby.
Price could be lower especialy for the size of the room. 3 people would not be able to fit in the room I was staying. Not if they had more than 3 small hand luggages.

Efficient check-in, nice bar, everything as expected from a budget hotel. Top location for the Festhalle and right by the tram no.9 stop.
Perfectly fine for a ‘budget’ hotel. Location counted more than luxury.
