Had a wonderful week-long stay at Hotel Pharos. The room was comfortable, the location was ideal, the staff was friendly and helpful and the cleanliness was very good. Min Ji, one of the staff members at the front desk was a superb host!

The hotel was really clean and comfortable. The lady at the reception was so friendly. The room was specious for 3 and was very clean.
It is in a nice area with lots of restaurants. Also near metrostation and lots of buses go from there

Nice amount of space and good bathroom facilities. Bed was comfy and decent cleaning service. Location was decent, we hired bikes and were able to get into the centre quickly, also a choice of 2 metro stations nearby 5-10 mins walk away.
Very disappointed that the jets in the bathtub didnt work - was one of the deciding factors in choosing this room type! Also the room was HOT, I couldnt get the air conditioning to work properly the whole time. The staff weren't as welcoming as you might hope.
