Park Hyatt Siem Reap

A wonderful experience. The staff were incredible, very warm & welcoming. The breakfast was amazing. They catered to my coeliac & vegetarian diet requirements. I really cannot emphasise how amazing the staff were. I had an amazing time. The room was lovely & spacious. Yes but more expensive but worth it. The little touches and fine detail were lovely. Their breakfast stations which included local culture & craft were wonderful. Managed to fold some lotus flowers. Thank you to the amazing staff for taking such care of me.

Location is prime. Walkable to the main tourist attractions in Siem Reap. The hotel has its own tuk-tuks so convenient for outings (can be scheduled in advance too). The room was spacious and clean (two sinks!). I think the best is that design was well-thought out (outlet with multi-plug types, desks/counter space for small items, floor mat so that bathroom door does not snag on it). The service and staff were attentive, warm and detail-oriented (e.g. noticed we have no where to bar soap, so provided a proper bar soap holder by the sink when cleaning). While I did not experience, there are amenities, F&B and activities within the compound, particularly suited for those who want to relax or those who have kids.

The breakfast spread was limited, but still delicious. This may be because I came during off-peak. There is an indoor area, but during peak seasons, half the tables will be outdoors.

From the moment we walked in we knew this was an elevated experience. Everything about this hotel was extra in the best possible way. Outstanding service, beautiful hotel, fantastic food!
