Berghotel Kristall

Ich bin bereits das zweite mal dort gewesen. Das Hotel befindet sich in ruhiger Lage. Das Personal ist freundlich, die Zimmer sind ansprechend und sehr gut ausgestattet. Sollte ich mich in der Region wieder aufhalten, werde ich mich wieder im Berghotel Kristall einchecken :-)

Im Hotel gibt es eine kleine Auswahl an Speisen (für mich in Ordnung). Möchte jemand lieber den Abend im Zentrum von Idar Oberstein verbringen, so ist ein PKW erforderlich.

Herrliche Lage, sehr nettes Personal und fantastisches Frühstück. Sauber und komfortabel.

Verkehrsanbindung nicht gut

Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lage sehr gut. Zimmer sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Frühstück sehr lecker und frisch.

Ist mir nichts aufgefallen.

An "ok" place to stay. The room and comfort itself was fair.

The staff wasn't too keen on talking English, and none of the information were in other languages. Almost as if they don't have other tourists than German ones? I would'nt recommend eating at their restaurant also. Ordered pork with roasted potatoes and it was really tasteless! Not even sauce or anything, just those two...it would've been better with maybe a creamy mushroom sauce (just a hint to the kitchen). The food didn't feel that fresh to, which even made my stomach ache all night. Skipped breakfast because I didn't rely on the quality. Don't recommend this place, sorry.
