The hotel was clean and well maintained, the breakfast and restaurant were excellent, and the food quality was impressive. Most importantly, the attention from the staff was exceptional—everyone was welcoming, attentive, and professional. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended.

I was given a upgraded suite when I entered and the room was quite amazing with big loving room, bedroom and spacious washroom with all the facilities I was hoping for. Breakfast spread was ok and could have more options in Veg. Staff was very supportive, caring and took care of my needs very well.

The location of the hotel is not good at all.. it is at the intersection of 3 main roads causing too much traffic resulting in significant honking and noise + it is surrounded by multiple big hospitals and there is constant ambulance sound .. together I could not sleep for even 30min in the entire night I stayed on 2nd Sept. During the day, it is even worse with too much sound of vehicles making your stay really horrible. Hotel management can really work with the local municipal authorities to bring some discipline to traffic and specially to honking sound to make it suitable for a peaceful stay at the hotel which I also feel is not easy but worth trying to improve customer experience.
