Hotel Casa Trafalgar Barcelona

Great location, quiet rooms and very comfortable. Access to water and snacks and coffee was a welcome treat!

We enjoyed the snacks, free water, fridge, microwave. Julieta was a top notch staff who made our stay very enjoyable. She was very helpful providing us with information on places, how to get from one place to another! Very accommodating:)

The room could have been a little bit bigger but the other things compensated for it.

Front desk staff were very kind. Room & bed were comfortable. Access to free bottled water, coffee, ice cream, pastries & fruits was nice.

Coffee and pastries were in a common area, need to be very quiet in early morning or late nights using the elevator, going in & out of room door due to the small hallways.

We arrived and there was an alarm going off. Someone was there to sort it but we were given no update or message to let us know what was going on. This went on all night and not one member of staff apologised even when we mentioned it. I know it wasn’t anyone’s fault but just to say something would have been good. We only just arrived after a day or work and travelling to be told don’t use the lift and that’s it. We then asked suggestions for somewhere to go and translated for the person on the desk but they couldn’t help. Again the next day we asked for help but not a lot given and it was like we were a problem. The only food thing was we lost the key, we knew it was in our room but could not find it. The staff let us know they had found it along with an earring. So it was nice to get that update once we had left.
