The staff was amazing. Special thanks to the night receptionist Danil, who took great care of us during the night of 29–30 September. He was incredibly helpful and kind, and he deserves a big thank you. We need more people like him!

The staff at this location was exceptionally friendly and professional. They were the best part of my experience there. It was a pleasant surprise that a hand written note and snack were left in my room before checking in. Above expectations for sure!
The lounge could have better snacks outside of the time that they have happy hour buffet.

The rooms are not cleaned properly, dust in many places even after cleaning, staff is not friendly.
