Chelebi Cave House

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Goreme,Cappadocia and I can not recommend this place highly enough. Ismail and Tahir were exceptional hosts- genuinely kind,attentive,helpful and incredibly well organised. From the moment I first contacted Ismail,months before our trip ,he was always willing to help and arrange everything we needed.Nothing ever felt like a problem and every request was handled quickly and with a smile. Our room was beautiful,cozy and spotless,with fresh linens and everything perfectly taken care of. The terrace was one of my favourite parts of the stay.The view was absolutely magical,especially in the morning when the sky filled with dozens of hot air balloons.Waking up with that view was somethingI will never forget. The breakfast was also fantastic- generous,delicious and full of local flavours. They also help us with our hot air balloon experience.Our flight on 24th was cancelled because of the weather,but Ismail immediately helped us find another flight for the following day,allowing us to enjoy the unforgettable experience after all.That kind of care and attention makes such a difference. The driver they arranged for us was also excellent.He was not only a good and reliable driver,but also an extremely knowledgeable guide who helped us to discover Cappadocia.and made our visits to Ilhara Valley and Selime Monastery easy,comfortable and enjoyable. What impressed me most was how genuinely welcoming and helpful was Ismail and Tahir were throughout our entire stay.They truly know how to look after their guests and make you to feel at home.

Great location and views

Could use a mattress update - but still fine

The location was excellent—just a short walk from the restaurants and attractions in central Göreme. What made our stay truly outstanding, however, was the exceptional hospitality from Tahir and Ismail, who organised all our activities perfectly and made everything completely stress-free. The room was spotless and comfortable, and every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome and well looked after.
