Antonio went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was flawless, offering local insight and authentic warmth that you simply cannot find at standard commercial hotels. Diana’s kindness, radiant smile, and gentle assistance made every single morning feel bright, cozy, and effortlessly comfortable. The rooms are beautifully maintained, impeccably clean, and designed with genuine charm, providing a tranquil haven to relax after a day of exploring. There is literally nothing to dislike about the place.

Staff molto cordiale, ci hanno accolto in modo amichevole e sono stati molto disponibili, soprattutto per il fatto che il nostro arrivo a Catania sarebbe stato di sera molto tardi. La stanza era abbastanza grande e si affacciava direttamente sulla via Etnea, ma nonostante questo con le finestre chiuse non abbiamo sentito alcun rumore. Anche il bagno era di dimensione adeguata e c'era tutto ciò che serviva, comprese tovaglie, shampoo e saponette. C'era spazio in armadio e cassettiere per vestiti e altro, anche se i mobili erano un po' antiquati. La posizione è ottima visto che è nel cuore della città e qui tra trasporti, ristoranti, bar e posti turistici non manca proprio nulla. Inoltre il proprietario è stato tanto gentile da offrirci anche la colazione, seppure alla fine non abbiamo potuto prenderla per mancanza di tempo.

Il bagno pur avendo tutto il necessario, era molto vecchio, come l'intera struttura (è comprensibile visto che si trova nel centro storico della città) e quando siamo entrati arrivava puzza di fogna dalle tubature, ma nonostante questo il soggiorno è andato bene. Con una leggera rimodernizzazione questo posto potrebbe ottenere un punteggio più alto.

Not well insulated so it can get noisy. The room was a bit run down. The bed was short (we're 6.1" and couldn't quite fit). If you're driving, you might find parking space along the road in the nearby via Caronda or via Imbriani. The entrance is not very well signed either. After the main gate, it's the first door on the left, upstairs. Breakfast at the bar was one croissant and one coffee/capuccino. It was like the worst capuccino we had ever, we recommend you a different bar (like Cassatelle e caffè if you park in via Imbriani) since it's cheap anyway to have such breakfast in Italy
