Incredible staff, incredible location, stunning setting and facilities, and the room was spectacular.

The property is in a great location and it is a lovely building. The food was excellent and we couldn’t fault the staff we spoke to. The spa area is nice enough.
The room (woodland suite) was quite tired. The curtains were ripped, the nets behind the curtains were stained, there was thick dust down the sides of the doors separating the sleeping area and the lounge area. There were cigarette ends on the balcony, one of the bathrooms was locked and inaccessible as it was broken. The pool and jacuzzi were not working on the first day but it was sorted the second day. The pool is at the point of needing a tidy up.

Have stayed at this hotel before. The location is perfect for peace and quiet but is also a short walk from Pitlochry town centre. Good base for travelling if you have a car, excellent road links.
Great facilities at the hotel, food and service excellent. Rooms are comfortable and beautifully decorated.

Asked 3 times for the light in the bathroom to be fixed ! It was NEVER done ! Even had a long conversation with the porter ! Bathroom was showing its age.
