Breakfasts were great, well catered and plentiful. Pool amenities were in high demand but staff soon found available loungers when needed. The room was a good size with a very comfortable bed. Bathroom had a luxe look and vibe to it. Enjoyed the rain shower but found the hand shower had to be very well managed or everything would get wet. Fresh towels everyday and the enthusiasm of service staff to leave a message with a special towel display was very touching.
Very crowded and busy.. but just needed a bit of planning around pool use, breakfast and tram use.
Limited beach access... Kubu beach is a dangerous beach with no swimming!

Everything. The concept of a micro-town, the intentionality of the aesthetic, and all the beautiful landscaping and pools made me feel in another world.
I felt that since it is a luxury resort and prices of rooms are expensive, the prices of food, drink, and especially the activities (such as spa) could be much cheaper. There was a spa package that cost ~USD 600 that I opted out of.
I also feel that this could be a great destination for a "fine dining" or "experience" restaurant - which is lacking.

Good breakfast
I stayed here three years ago and everything was excellent. Unfortunately, this time the experience was completely different. No one came to show me the room, and the level of service was not the same as before. The place was extremely crowded, to the point that the staff could barely keep up with the guests and provide proper service.
