Breakfast - absolutely the best I have experienced in any Hotel for a while, not the greatest choice but the end result was really good.
Beds weren't the best - appeared to be just a mattress on a flat chipboard base??

Staff were excellent and very helpful. Room very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was excellent quality, variety and freshly cooked.
If I was to be really picky the bathroom skirting boards were very dusty. This however did not influence my rating

Fantastic choice for breakfast

The bed was comfortable and the shower was clean and had good water pressure. Staff were friendly and helpful when I wasn't able to get dinner a staff member got me a plate and cutlery for food I ended up getting delivered.
The location is difficult to get to in the middle of the city centre by car, food finished at 8:30pm so I was unable to get dinner when I arrived which feels too early. The feel of the place, was more like student residence than a hotel.

"Excellent location for a University reunion.
Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and staff were friendly and accommodating. The Tunnocks Teacakes were a lovely touch!"
