Beautiful aesthetic environment; friendly kind and attentive staff ; 24 hour access to onsen ; beautiful food ; authentic traditional experience ; just terrific

Whilst it was further out of town they organised a mini bus to drop in and pick up from town

It’s a very clean, serene environment and location, 5 minutes away (by car) from the very touristic Kurokawa onsen village. The rooms, private in room onsen, public onsens were very clean and have excellent environment to enjoy. Staff and service is excellent, and two meal kaiseki breakfast and dinner is just fullfilling and tasty.

Nothing

Przemiły, uczynny, uprzejmy personel witający gości już przy samochodzie. Czystość na najwyższym poziomie. W pokoju/apartamencie wszelkie udogodnienia z jednoczesnym szacunkiem do tradycji. Wygodne łóżka. Relaksująca cisza. Prywatny onsen był wisienką na torcie. Smaczne tradycyjne potrawy, podane w przepięknej oprawie. Każdy posiłek był niesamowitym przeżyciem. Bardzo relaksujące otoczenie. Wieczorne oglądanie gwiazd, szklaneczka sake przy palenisku i spokojny spacer po ryokanie pozostawią miłe wspomnienia. Gorąco polecamy !!
