Fantastic place - an old monastery converted into a hotel. Massive rooms, secure underground parking for bikes, nice bar, fantastic restaurant and an inexpensive taxi ride into town.

Beautiful historic building, tastefully decorated in keeping with its original use, with information about its history. The extensive library was beautiful. There was good parking for our motorcycle.
A little too far from the town and the breakfast seemed a little expensive.

This is a 18th century monastery that has been converted recently into a stunning hotel. They have kept the charm. Members of our party loved the spa. There is a church attached to the hotel that has a 1000 year old carving of Jesus. Do not miss the hotel's scheduled tour of the church. There are a number of lovely hiking trails. The local village is small and has a few nice restaurants. Travel here for the views, the hikes, and the hotel.
