Excellent stay all round , facilities were great , staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast superb and we did eat one night in the Symphony restaurant which again was excellent . Highly recommended

The location and view from the room was amazing.
All experiences with the staff were great.
The ceiling was rather dirty and a bit off-putting.
I think they are the only hotel in Japan that doesn't put toothpaste and all amenities in the room. It was weirdness in the name of some sort of penny pinching.

Cleaning was thorough.

Location was away from sendai station.
There was smoking smell in a non smoking room but the hotel staff changed the room promptly.

This property is location within 15 minutes walk from Sendai station. Hotel lobby is on the 26th floor. Room is spacious with a remarkable view of the Sendai city.
Hotel lobby is a little too dim.
