Funky hotel.
Really great location. Lovely and clean.
Staff were super helpful and replied to my questions beforehand promptly and were super helpful during my stay.
As a solo traveler I felt safe and relaxed
When I arrived the allocated room had not been cleaned nor made up. It was dealt with swiftly and I was given a superior room.
Would have preferred a softer pillow but really that is the only thing that I can criticize.

Great location, friendly staff with a great breakfast
Room on street was a bit noisy but not too bad

Location was good. Easy walking distance to arena. Staff were helpful and we got an unexpected upgrade. Towels and bedding were spotlessly clean and room always smelled fresh on returning
I think the finish of the rooms was a little tired noise travelled from other rooms via the extractor fan in the bathroom. Toilet seat should be replaced due to yellow fading. Shower screen was in need of replacement and could have been cleaner

Location is good with own carpark with a rate. Amanda was very helpful for helping us with the car park as well as directing us to the town
The bed was horrible. Both the mattress was lopsided and we woke up having a headache. The support for the chairs at the dinning table already gone
