The wall of the Suite had dampness and damaged paint. The room needs renovations.

Staff are exceptionally helpful. Great location. Good value for money.

The safe didn't work, and the wifi in the room didn't work. Also, we needed some clothes laundered, but apparently, the “in-house” laundry wasn't available. Still, they arranged another laundry to do it; they couldn't give a price, but we expected something in line with their usual service (for which there was a price list in the room). It was returned very damp and was ridiculously expensive: 2700 INR for 27 pieces, of which 20 were socks and underwear. Apparently, they charge for each sock as a separate item! So we had to pack wet clothes and get them dried at our next stop. We asked if they could arrange a taxi to Kalka (about an hour drive). The price quoted was 3200INR, but we arranged an Uber Deluxe intercity for 800INR. Breakfast was not great, but the location was good, but I think there are probably better options for the price.
