The views are exceptional. The location is excellent. It is good value.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. There were ants living under the floor of our room.

The location is great, it is a little bit away from the main square, so there was no noise from Semana Santa celebrations, which were held at the time I was there. Room is very basic and outdated, but I appreciated the heater and extra blankets. You can hear a lot from other rooms, it can be noisy. Awesome views from the balcony, the whole city is beautiful. Receptionist didn’t speak english, but even with my limited knowledge of spanish, the check-in was no problem.

Everything in the rooms was old and could use some renovations.
