The property is in an ideal location for exploring Chichester.

The room was extremely warm and the lack of food on a couple of nights was a disappointment.

Breakfast bad. Croissant so hard couldn’t get a knife into it. No toast no bacon but an over cooked piece was found. The full English must have been cooked at 8.00. No mushrooms either

I switched the answers sorry Pub decorated well with plenty of comforting seating. Room pleasant but students kept us awake

All staff were very polite and helpful. Great location easy access to town centre.

The room was nicely decorated and comfortable. It was clean and I had everything I needed. Fridge was very welcome. Bed comfortable.

The breakfast was terrible. The worst i've ever had when staying at a hotel/B&B. Very basic continental choice (cereal and fruit juice) poorly presented...juice in their cartons and milk in its plastic bottle on table. Staff member barely spoke and was abrupt. I sat down and she came over and said "What do you want to eat?" I saìd I didn't know...was there a menu? I was told no menu, either cooked breakfast or vegi cooked breakfast. I asked if toast was available and she said yes. However, there was no choice of bread...it was basic white from a sliced bagged loaf. There was only jam on offer...no marmalade. My tea was brought to me in a mug and was so weak it was like hot milk. I like strong tea so couldn't drink it. The waitress seemed completely disinterested and sat reading. I felt like an inconvenience. The windows were open wide and it was very cold. The whole experience was awful.
