Good location after a long drive from Sydney to Apollo Bay. Handy having the pub so close by. Beds comfortable.
It was a bit noisy but (fridge in the room) and the curtains needed hanging better (so the room wasn’t as dark as I like). The shower floor needs some attention but the water pressure is good

Location was good, breaking up a long distance drive. It’s next door to a bar and bistro which was very ideal. Rooms were spacious and clean. We have stayed here before and the positives outweigh the minor negatives.
The shower needed a bit of attention (some mould) but the water pressure was excellent.
The room wasn’t dark enough or quiet enough. Noise from the road and fridge so take a pair of earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.
There were a few kitchen items (dirty mugs) that really should have been checked.
