Quest Chermside

There were 2 main things that we didn't like: 1. The property was advertised as 150m from Prince Charles Hospital, and as we were travelling there to visit a very sick family member, that was why we chose this property. However, it was actually 1.5km from the hospital which was very annoying as we then had to drive and pay for parking 2. Upon arrival we were asked for our credit card to hold a security deposit of $50 which we were told would be refunded within 1 - 3 business days after our checkout. It has now been almost 4 weeks since our stay and the deposit is still showing as pending on our banking. I have phoned twice and was told each time, that they would arrange for the deposit to be released. Very unprofessional behaviour, I feel.

Great location . Reception staff lovely , friendly & very helpful. Room good size & everything you could need .

Nothing

The location

Nothing

Just an average property. Nothing hugely bad, nothing great.

The smell in the room. The noise. The inability to access lift from car park.
