The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. I enjoyed the tea and coffee facilities including milk and biscoff biscuits - having a sink in the room was helpful. The modern kitchen and laundry facilities on site made the overall price worth it. Full length mirror in room much appreciated as they are sometimes hard to find in hotels these days. Could open window for fresh air if needed.
The bathroom/toilet facilities weren't super clean. It would be good if there were cleaners throughout the day and night to tend to the facilities. The room walls were quite thin so you could hear bathroom doors opening and closing throughout the night.

Location, facilities, secure parking, friendly and accommodating staff.
There is no insulation in the rooms…you will hear people walk up/down stairs, talk, or hear someone across the hallway sneeze etc. very loud environment +++
Bed was uncomfortable unfortunately.

The room was nice and clean, comfy pillows, reserved parking spot
No power points in bathroom for hair dryer
No spare power points to charge phones next to bed without unplugging lamps
Uncomfy bed
Footsteps upstairs and outside were loud in the room
