Service could have been better

Facilities were great

Staff gave incorrect information regarding use of executive lounge opening times which meant we did not use the facility on her first night. Be aware that airport shuttle advertised is a further cost and our driver went to the wrong terminal

Staff were friendly and helpful especially lovely guy on front door with the snazzy braces! Forgot his name sorry, bed was comfortable and breakfast was a good selection. That’s where the positive points end.

The room was dirty and tired, carpet needs replacing along with furniture like sofa and headboard. Table had chips and lots of fittings were at the end of their life. WiFi was epically rubbish not working most of the time. Power cuts, lack of any real entertainment without WiFi. Bathroom was tired and cramped. Grout was dirty and needed replacing but the big issue was the water no pressure at all which was eventually remedied, but then no hot water despite us running it for over 5 minutes in both shower and sink. Light bulbs not working too. Water was sorted in time for showers before check out, which we were chased on early despite arranging slightly later check out when we checked in. The lounge we paid extra for whilst had nice seating the food was hit and miss no vegetarian options and really soulless couldn’t wait to leave to be honest.
