Beautiful property in Uzes.

Gorgeous property, rooms are comfortable, charming and immaculate, staff is incredible, pool and garden lovely, breakfast is terrific. Parking is easily explained valet service.
Pool was a bit cold. Needs to be a little warmer. Bidet in the rooms. Uzes is lovely.

On a beaucoup apprécié l’endroit et l’accès à la ville. Et on souhaite adresser un remerciement particulier à Marine de la réception et Yacine le voiturier pour leur professionnalisme et leur gentillesse. Ils ont beaucoup contribué à la qualité de notre séjour avec la fête d’Uzès au mois d’août. Particulièrement Marine qui sait régler les petits désagréments (la panne de climatisation)
C’est dommage qu’il n’y est pas un service de restauration et de bar à l’intérieur de l’hôtel. Espérons que le projet de bar soit à la hauteur.

L’emplacement et le style architectural de la demeure
Proposer une chambre de catégorie dite supérieure à EUR 310.- sans petit déjeuner alors que sa surface est très réduite (à peine la place de tourner autour du lit) est un peu limite pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. La présence de notre chien a été facturée EUR 25.- malgré notre insatisfaction à l’égard de la chambre.
