The room was fantastic and very spacious.
Very chewy unappealing breakfast.

It’s a gorgeous place. Everyone is friendly. Spotless rooms.
We only stayed the one night and you only get 3 hours consecutive use of the pool. And as you can only use the 3 hours within your check in/out times we were limited to when we can use it. We either had to use it at 3:30pm or 8:30am and miss out on time. To me, I think if the hotel has a pool you should get unlimited use of it and also be able to use it past your check out time.

Lovely old building, nice room, good breakfast
No problem with the property itself but did have issues with other residents knocking the door several times

Beautiful grounds. Lovely stonework. Outdoor grounds were incredible.
The steam room/ sauna weren’t hot. The advertised ‘ice dip’ was a bath of tepid water. The staff were all very young with no sign of a manager in site. They were pleasant but didn’t have much initiative and could have done with some support as there was a wedding on the night we stayed and they were understaffed to deal with the capacity. Breakfast was quite basic. No fresh orange juice and had to serve your own tea and coffee.
Not sure I would stay again for the price.

"The staff were all very helpful. The Hall is an amazing place steeped in history. It was a treat to be able to enjoy the garden spa."
