The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The bathroom and kitchen were new. The staff were excellent in terms of instructions, welcome and support. The apartment was quiet and a stunning view from the balcony. The location was perfect for access to public transport and Pontresina centre. Plenty of parking. Would definately use again.

Very very minor but we did not realise the access to a washing machine would be the communal washing machine (for a small fee) rather than within the apartment. Having to pay for the guest card public transport ticket (often included elsewhere) although this was clear at time of booking. Again, just a niggle rather than a major block.

What a perfect spot to explore. It was so close to the station to get the train and to walk into town.

Nothing

Wonderful apartment in a great location close to the station, bus stop and coop. Very clean and well equipped with comfortable beds and a powerful shower. Lovely view from the balcony of the river and woods, we enjoyed watching the Bernina Express going past through the trees. The housekeeper was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. All in all this was a great base for a holiday in the area.
