We had an absolutely wonderful experience with GETHEKEY SRLS! The contact with them was absolutely fantastic from start to finish—they were incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful at every step. We accidentally left one of our belongings behind, and they were so helpful and went completely out of their way to mail it back to us. A huge thank you to the team for going above and beyond! The apartment itself was amazing, clean, and perfectly equipped. The location is a massive advantage: it sits just outside the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone), so driving there is completely stress-free, yet it is still incredibly close to the city center and all the main attractions. Having a secure parking spot for cars in the inner courtyard was a fantastic bonus. On top of that, the internet was great and super fast (around 500 Mbps download), which was perfect for us.We couldn’t have asked for a better place, better communication, or better hosts. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for everything!

Great practical space for sleeping and simple food prep. Close to train station and short walk in to main part of town.

Location in general is excellent. As mentioned in previous reviews there were occasions where there were people loitering outside the door to the secure courtyard which did cause some wariness coming and going.

Convenient location near Bologna Centrale Stazione. Quiet inside a court yard. Spacious apartment. Very helpful host.

The unit can be a bit warm in the evening as there is no cooling A/C.

The location near to the train station and not so far from the center

Everything is old inside:the bed, the sofa, chairs. The shower didn't stay in the support, the doors from the shower were broken. The socket was broken and is dangerous for the kids. I didn't like that you have to pay attention to the schedule for the garbage, otherwise you have to pay.
