The food was excellent, the tents were clean and well appointed, the hosts and staff were friendly and made us feel welcome.
The potholes driving from the gate to the lodge (we didn't have a 4x4)

Everything. Especially the way Laura, Mike and Moven bent over backwards to help us see the animals on our game drives. The cabins were very comfortable. The food was delicious, and was a nice slice of South African culture, too. We enjoyed the stories they shared with us during game drives and over dinner. This lodge and the people are very special.

Of all our safari experiences this lodge is consistently the best. The owners and staff are genuine and care deeply about their environment and the wildlife. Have you ever seen two lions stalk a waterbuck ? Well we now have.
This was our second stay and will not be our last
