We enjoyed our stay here, it was comfortable and clean. The staff were lovely.

The staff were lovely. The daily service was great.
The bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable, we went and purchased a mattress topper to take some pressure off. The smoke alarm went flat during our stay, I would question if the replacement one was new. Our room didn't have the oven I thought we had booked.

Room is clean and the beds are comfortable.
Couch is a bit old and not comfortable. Overall needs a bit of TLC e.g. no lock on the bathroom door, no hooks in the bathroom to hang up your clothes, window hinges need some attention.
