New World Beijing Hotel

Great location and facilities

Lovely room. Good value for a luxury hotel.

Standards of service and facilities have deteriorated a bit since we stayed several years ago. Breakfast was not available in the Club Lounge and was rather chaotic in the main restaurant.

Everything from Start to finish. The staff were exceptional, from the reception, dining room, cleaners and the porters were kind and professional. Language not an issue, little English but great translators phone !! A special mention for the young ladies in the Residence Lounge, exceptional service, professional and helpful and great communicators. The residence lounge was a great bonus. Location of the hotel made major elements walkable. The organisation of our trip to the Great Wall went like a dream thanks to the concierge. Room was exceptional, massive, very comfortable bed, huge bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, sitting area exceptional and cleanliness really good. Overall 100 % recommended.

Nothing

Perfect hotel in Beijing. 18-20 minutes walking distance to Qianmen street and not far from Tiananmen square and forbidden city. Staff is very kind and helpful and service oriented.
