Excellent location, spacy and comfortable rooms, very comfortable bed
The internet connection was very bad. Although I paid for fast internet, the connection in my room was very poor.

Very good value for money. Brilliant location, very clean, friendly staff.
Breakfast very good.
I was put in the accessible room, without needing or asking for one. The room was good, but the bathroom gets very wet because of the open shower. Other than that, a very good stay.

Great location, staff were attentive and friendly. Rooms are good, we stayed at the highest level so the views were amazing. Cleanliness was good. Overall it was a pleasant stay. We would definitely come back.
Nothing bad to comment

The personnel was very friendly
The room was smelly. Room cleaning services were lazy - the coffee equipment was dirty. Furniture was battered.
